617 Carnahan Avenue, Canton, OH

Here’s a story, of a lovely lady..........you know the deal. Okay, maybe this isn’t the Brady ranch, but with nearly 1,700 square feet and FIVE bedrooms, there’s certainly room for the whole bunch! This classic two-story has been freshened up with a new roof, new siding, new hot water tank, new vinyl windows, new light fixtures and flooring throughout. The first-floor bedroom adds flexibility, while the four upstairs bedrooms give everyone their own space. Alice or whomever the chef of the house is, will certainly appreciate the space this kitchen provides, along with the new SS appliances, this one is ready for everything from family dinners to midnight snacks. Outside, the groovy covered front porch is perfect for people watching or just unwinding, while the covered back patio, fire pit and decent-sized back yard are ready for grilling, entertaining or rosting a marshmallow or two. With FIVE bedrooms, nearly 1,700 square feet, and plenty of updates already checked off the list, there’s loads of room for little ones, furry ones, guests, a home office and maybe even a little “Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!” Bring Peter, Greg, Bobby, Jan, Cindy and even Marcia, there's room for the whole bunch...........;)
