I explained that the seller is not willing to accept an offer from a buyer who has not yet confirmed their interest by seeing the property in person.Since then, I have not received confirmation of a walkthrough time, nor any updated offer or contract terms.As of this morning, I reiterated that if your client remains interested, the next step is to schedule a walkthrough and submit an updated offer. At this point, I have not received further direction from you.Please let me know how you and your client would like to proceed.
